Since our inception Flourish has sought to collaboratively identify key goals and outcomes of school food programming. This report explains the development of the Sooke School District’s forward looking School Food Program Plan and the creation of Flourish’s Theory of Change.

These two documents have helped structure the design and implementation of an iterative outcome evaluation framework for Flourish’s work in schools. In the below linked report we also detail our approach to evaluating Flourish’s school food programs and share what we found in the first year of conducting an outcome evaluation.
